2. Orders are shipped via electronic or courier delivery.
3. We grant access within 15 minutes of receiving the payment.
4. Our service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
5. Each transaction is confirmed with an e-receipt sent by e-mail.
6. Product prices are given in US dollars.
7. To place an order for an online course, simply create an account on the website. To receive a certificate of completion or other items, please provide your address details when requested.
8. After placing the order, a confirmation message is sent to the e-mail address provided in the order.
9. In justified cases. The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel the execution of an order placed by a recipient who has not paid for the ordered goods on time or in a situation where the authenticity of the order raises justified doubts.
10. Payment can be made by bank transfer.
11. Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271), the consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason by submitting within 14 days from the date of release of the goods, an appropriate written declaration. To meet the above deadline, it is enough to send the declaration before its expiry.
12. The User may not copy, modify or distribute the content, photos, logos without the prior consent of the producers or the Administrator.
13. The Store considers complaints immediately, no later than within 7 days of receiving the complaint sent by the User.
14. A response to a complaint is sent to the e-mail address or correspondence address provided by the User.
15. If the complaint is accepted, the Store will immediately take action to implement its content.
16. In the event of a complaint, regardless of the form of payment chosen by the customer, the store returns the money to the customer to the account number indicated by him or by postal order. This information will be agreed with the Customer via e-mail.
17. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product and the Act of July 27, 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and on changes to the Civil Code.
18. The User’s personal data are protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the online store: and in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data /i.e. Journal Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926 as amended died/
19. The Administrator reserves the right to change the provisions of the Regulations, committing to immediately inform Users by publishing the consolidated text of the Regulations in the Store and sending its content to the e-mail address provided by the User. The amended or modified regulations are binding, after meeting other conditions provided for by law, only for legal relations arising after the changes or modifications enter into force.

Personal data and Privacy Policy

This document constitutes an integral part of the regulations and the contract concluded between the User and the Administrator through registration via the form.

1. The data administrator is the companies listed in the first point.
2. The provided data will be used for the purpose of:

• conclusion and implementation of purchase and sale agreements,
• newsletter sending,
• sending (with prior consent) messages containing commercial information.

1. The Administrator is entitled to disclose personal data only to entities authorized under applicable law, in accordance with the principles of the Privacy Policy, the provisions of the Regulations and applicable law.
2. The website owner undertakes to store data safely and not to make it available to third parties.
3. By registering on the website dobresiodla.pl, the user consents to the processing of data for the purpose of proper performance of the contract between him and the companies offering their products on the website dobrosiodla.pl.
4. The user provides his/her personal data needed for registration voluntarily.
5. The user has the right to access his or her data, request a copy, change, delete, transfer it, and object to its further processing.
6. The data will be stored until the user requests their deletion or the end of the website’s operation.
7. In the event of a request to delete data necessary for the proper performance of the contract, the User Account is deleted. The Administrator sends information to the e-mail address provided by the User.
8. If the Administrator has any doubts as to the truthfulness or validity of the registration data provided by the User, he is authorized to take the following actions:
   • request the User to immediately delete false data or update the data,
   • immediate blocking of the service until the matter is clarified.
9. The website administrator undertakes to apply technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection, in particular by securing data against disclosure to unauthorized persons.
10. It is prohibited for the User to publish or use personal data, including photos of third parties, for marketing purposes without their consent. The Administrator is not responsible for the User’s illegal activity if he had no information about the violation. After the Administrator receives information about a violation of the law, he is obliged to take immediate actions to remove the effects caused by the violation of the law.
11. The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
