- A response to a complaint is sent to the e-mail address or correspondence address provided by the User.
- If the complaint is accepted, the Store will immediately take action to implement its content.
- In the event of a complaint, regardless of the form of payment chosen by the customer, the store returns the money to the customer to the account number indicated by him or by postal order. This information will be agreed with the Customer via e-mail.
- In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product and the Act of July 27, 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and on changes to the Civil Code.
- The User’s personal data are protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the online store: and in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data /i.e. Journal Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926 as amended died/

- By registering on the website dobresiodla.pl, the user consents to the processing of data for the purpose of proper performance of the contract between him and the companies offering their products on the website dobrosiodla.pl.
- The user provides his/her personal data needed for registration voluntarily.
- The user has the right to access his or her data, request a copy, change, delete, transfer it, and object to its further processing.
- The data will be stored until the user requests their deletion or the end of the website’s operation.
- In the event of a request to delete data necessary for the proper performance of the contract, the User Account is deleted. The Administrator sends information to the e-mail address provided by the User.
- If the Administrator has any doubts as to the truthfulness or validity of the registration data provided by the User, he is authorized to take the following actions:
• request the User to immediately delete false data or update the data,
• immediate blocking of the service until the matter is clarified. - The website administrator undertakes to apply technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection, in particular by securing data against disclosure to unauthorized persons.
- It is prohibited for the User to publish or use personal data, including photos of third parties, for marketing purposes without their consent. The Administrator is not responsible for the User’s illegal activity if he had no information about the violation. After the Administrator receives information about a violation of the law, he is obliged to take immediate actions to remove the effects caused by the violation of the law.
- The user has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
